Position Overview

Responsibilities- Staff Leadership:
Guide Management Analysts, Graphic Designers, and clerical staff in daily assignments and project direction. - Process Oversight:
Develop and document procedures, ensure staff training, and maintain consistent workflow practices. - Quality Review:
Evaluate design work, forms, and documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards. - Performance Management:
Set performance expectations, complete evaluations, and take corrective action when needed. - Project Coordination:
Meet with customers to define project goals and provide guidance on effective methods. - Forms Development:
Analyze and revise forms, control systems, and printing requests to support changing operational needs.
- Full‑time employment.
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60‑minute lunch.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home part‑time. To telework, you must have a securely configured high‑speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. - Salary:

- One year of experience as a Management Analyst 2; or three years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis work which included evaluating work methods, procedures or organizational structures, and a bachelor’s degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- You must meet the PA residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
