Remote Program Manager

We are currently seeking a Call Center Program Manager to lead and oversee a federal contract, serving as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring successful execution, delivery, and performance across all aspects of the program.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the overall manager of the contract and primary point of contact for the client
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all contract requirements
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Manage and allocate staffing resources to ensure optimal team performance
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and company standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, leadership, and client representatives
- Resolve contract-related issues efficiently and professionally
- Proven experience managing large, complex federal contracts or programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, distributed teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and manage competing demands
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 15+ years of experience in a senior management or program management role
- Must have experience working in a contact and/or call center environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance and PIV card
- Must reside within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
- Ability to work remotely
