Remote Program Manager

We are currently seeking a Call Center Program Manager to lead and oversee a federal contract, serving as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for ensuring successful execution, delivery, and performance across all aspects of the program.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the overall manager of the contract and primary point of contact for the client
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all contract requirements
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Manage and allocate staffing resources to ensure optimal team performance
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and company standards
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, leadership, and client representatives
  • Resolve contract-related issues efficiently and professionally
What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing large, complex federal contracts or programs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, distributed teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and manage competing demands
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior management or program management role
  • Must have experience working in a contact and/or call center environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be eligible to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance and PIV card
  • Must reside within the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
  • Ability to work remotely
