Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the enterprise leadership strategy and program delivery
• Foster a culture of ongoing professional development
• Conduct engaging workshops on critical performance topics
• Collaborate with experts to identify training needs
• Customize learning content for different audiences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership in managing teams
• Excellent stakeholder partnership and communication skills
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and HRIS
