Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Incubation Manager. The role is located in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Incubation Manager will be responsible for supporting and guiding founders through various stages of their startup journey. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and managing incubation programs, providing mentorship, organizing workshops and events, and fostering a supportive community for entrepreneurs.

Additionally, the Incubation Manager will be involved in identifying potential partnerships and funding opportunities for startups.

Qualifications
Experience in program management and coordination
Mentorship and coaching skills
Strong organizational and event-planning skills
Knowledge of startup ecosystems and entrepreneurial processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Passion for supporting grassroots innovation and community building
A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred
