• Effectively manage and fill/close acquisition requests from area managers.
• Assist contractors with basic questions regarding home warranty procedures and policies.
• Overcome contractor objections and partner with potential contractors to present partnership opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to contractors across the U.S. to market and sell the benefits of joining our contractor network.
• Set up both physical and digital contractor profiles.
• Follow up with all necessary parties (contractors, license boards, insurance companies) to obtain required paperwork.
• Assist contractors with first‑time billing through First American’s online contractor portal.
• Negotiate pricing with contractors within First American guidelines.
• Ensure contractor coverage for territories by monitoring reports to identify volume and hiring needs.
• Train new employees in First American’s procurement processes and procedures.
• Track and maintain current state license requirements.
• Help existing contractors process company name changes for both physical and digital profiles.
• Verify that all documentation of the contractor hiring package is complete before approval in the CRM.
• Research and distribute leads to the team regarding hard‑to‑hire areas.
• Assist the Manager in streamlining process flows, documenting Falcon changes, and creating reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop new ways to market First American to contractors.
• Assist the Manager in daily and monthly production reporting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong background and comprehensive understanding of sales.
• Confident in initiating phone calls and engaging in meaningful, relationship‑building conversations.
• Capable of evaluating contractors’ professionalism and customer focus to meet First American standards.
• Works closely with contractors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Sets clear expectations or declines offers as necessary.
• Manages multiple, competing tasks seamlessly, transitioning from one task to the next.
• Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Home warranty or real estate experience is desirable.

Hourly Pay: $20.34 – $27.12 (Remote, hourly position). Salary range varies by experience and location.
