• Process approximately 3,200 invoices per month.
• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 4 direct reports.
• Keep the team focused, upbeat, and engaged.
• Build an operational understanding of the business.
• Maintain a clean AP queue and ensure accruals are built accurately.
• Collaborate with the General Ledger team.
• Use Net Suite OCR tool to monitor invoice status.
• Participate in meetings with the Purchasing Manager to resolve coding issues.
• Confirm whether the team is waiting on any purchase orders.

• Net Suite

• MS Excel
• UKG (for timesheet approvals)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Associate accepted).
• Proficiency in Net Suite.

$90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience.
