Director of Program Management

Position: Director of Program Management - Hybrid Role
Drive IT program excellence as the Director of Program Management with Acosta Services in a hybrid setting. This strategic role emphasizes portfolio governance and team leadership.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee a team of Project and Program Managers, ensuring technology projects are administered efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in portfolio management, governance, and financial tracking will be essential to delivering on business objectives and optimizing resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio management and demand processes

• Maintain quality and scope across various programs

• Define PMO policies and governance requirements

• Analyze financial performance and benefits post-implementation

• Produce executive-level reporting for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum of 7 years in project and program management

• Significant experience leading PMOs

• Strong skills in financial forecasting and ROI tracking

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PPM tools
