Prepare for and attend monthly project review meetings with operations to report on progress, risks, and financial performance.

Monitor project schedules and take proactive action to keep the project on track and within approved cost limitations.

Make decisions related to project phasing and scheduling and ensure the preparation and maintenance of schedules for planning, design, and construction activities.

Intervene promptly when necessary to remove obstacles and ensure timely completion of project work.

Review contractor claims or disputed work and provide recommendations to management on appropriate actions.

Exercise independent judgment to make on-site change order decisions and negotiate effectively with contractors.

Support utility-focused projects, including transmission and substation work, in coordination with an end utility client.

Apply scheduling and budgeting expertise to maintain accurate project plans and financial forecasts for utility projects.
