As our Senior Manager of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for customer service excellence through a combination of strategic performance analysis and robust operational management. This individual will report to the SVP of Retail & Sales and oversee retail network-wide daily operations, including maintenance, inventory control, and projects, while simultaneously acting as a key partner in building a data-driven performance culture..

This role is located at our New York headquarters, located in the Tri Be Ca design district.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive boutique operating policies and procedure manuals, partnering with cross function channels within the corporate office.
- Manage and actively participate in store openings, relocations, and maintenance, including scheduling and action strategies.
- Ensure effective communication of company directives, policies, and procedures as they pertain to in-store boutique operations.
- In partnership with the SVP of Retail and Sales, develop and manage client service excellence programs for boutiques.
- Establish and manage relationships with internal and external vendors and service providers.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for boutique Managers and Home office support personnel.
- In partnership with the SVP of Retail and Sales:
Develop and Conduct intermittent FS Boutique Internal Control Audits program and FS Boutique Excellence visits. - Manage the Ops budget and FS boutique expenses
- BA or BS degree
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in retail field, operations, and/or retail performance, preferably within the luxury industry.
- 1-2 years of inventory management and/or store management experience.
- Comfortable with data, including the ability to find the right data from reporting tools, visualize data, and interpret it into data-driven action plans.
- Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and improving tools.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills with particular attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects on time-sensitive schedules.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management and associates in a manner that promotes learning and mutual respect.
- Periodic weekend travel to boutiques may be required for inventory, openings and relocations.

Estimated Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000
