Position: Launch Manager Hybrid Role
Take charge of new facility launches with our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Senior Launch Manager, you'll lead hardware installations and build readiness while collaborating across functions.

This senior management role focuses on executing hardware installations, managing launch projects, and coordinating various teams. You’ll be the primary project owner, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while minimizing business disruption. Your blend of project management skills and technical knowledge will be crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new hardware installations and building launches

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules

• Manage cross-functional alignment for launch projects

• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies

• Document and standardize launch processes for future improvement

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of project management experience

• Proven background in logistics or manufacturing

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel 50-75% for project phases

• Familiarity with automated material handling systems
