Overview
Introduction of the job. As a Management Support Office Lead, you play a key role in how leaders operate and make decisions at ASML’s Wilton site. You ensure consistent, high-quality administrative support that enables engineering and business leaders to stay focused on advancing semiconductor technology. In this role, you lead a team that keeps daily operations running smoothly, strengthens collaboration, and improves efficiency across departments.
Your work directly supports innovation and the delivery of complex systems that power modern technology.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of administrative professionals to deliver high-quality support
- Set priorities and balance workloads across leaders, teams, and locations
- Standardize processes and improve ways of working to increase efficiency
- Oversee calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, and expense handling
- Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive administrative matters
- Partner with leaders to anticipate needs and strengthen operational effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying workflows and reducing administrative effort
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative operations, team leadership, or a similar role
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team
- Experience working in a complex, fast-paced organizational environment
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience improving processes and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders

- This position is located on-site. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. A flexible workplace arrangement is available for remote work up to two days a week.
- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents.
