About the Program Manager – Owl Labs

The Program Manager is a frontline sales leader responsible for launching, leading, and scaling a team of channel sellers. This role blends people leadership, operational execution, and strategic program ownership. You will directly manage a team, drive pipeline and revenue outcomes, and build the structure, processes, and discipline required to scale a high‑performing channel sales organization. This leader must be equally strong in coaching sellers, building operational rigor, and translating channel strategy into daily execution.

What Will You Do?
  • Manage client relationships as a day‑to‑day primary point of contact; deliver business reviews, program updates, and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive audiences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of channel sellers through daily performance management, weekly 1:1s, training, and individualized development plans.
  • Build a high‑performance culture with strong accountability, motivation, execution discipline, and effective staffing, retention, and performance management practices.
  • Drive team revenue, pipeline, activity, and quota attainment while maintaining clear visibility into performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the full sales process from prospecting to close, including pipeline inspection, forecasting accuracy, CRM discipline, and consistent sales execution.
  • Translate channel strategy into actionable execution plans that strengthen partner engagement, opportunity influence, pipeline creation, and program growth.
  • Build repeatable sales and operational processes, reporting rhythms, and performance dashboards to support a scalable channel sales organization.
  • Oversee program operations, budgets, billing, invoice accuracy, incentive plans, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet business goals, timelines, and margin expectations.
  • Use data to identify risks, uncover opportunities, adapt strategy to market and client needs, and continuously improve team and program performance.
