** Regional Sales Director

** You’ll manage a team of sales representative that cover multiple sectors of business.

** What you’ll do as Regional Sales Director:
*** Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers to deliver on sales targets and business objectives.
* Oversee the performance and development of Sales Representatives through Sales Managers.
* Implement and execute regional sales plans in alignment with the Sales Director’s strategy.
* Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate CRM data management.
* Identify market opportunities and support Sales Managers in customer acquisition and retention.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to support sales initiatives.
* Drive adoption of sales tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Support contract negotiations and pricing strategies as needed.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the Sales Director.
** You are:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in energy solutions or related industries.
* Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams, including Sales Managers and Representatives.
* Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
* Willingness to travel within the region as required (up to 50%).
* Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
* Basic tech experience in industrial experience – transactional understanding
* Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English.
