• Own client relationships end-to-end
• Advise entrepreneurs, board of directors, HNW executives, PE sponsors, and advisors (Attorneys, Tax and Audit)

• 8+ years in valuation or financial advisory
• Senior Manager / Director / Partner-track background
• Strong technical expertise plus a portable book of business
• Relevant professional designations preferred (ASA, ABV, CFA, CVA)

• Market - commensurate with experience and business contribution
• Performance-driven upside tied to origination and book of business
