Duties
- You will lead and supervise the planning, coordination, and/or evaluation of the product support actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program.
- You will manage the package of support functions required to field and maintain the readiness and operational capability of major weapon systems, subsystems, and components.
- You will utilize predictive analysis and modeling tools to define and/or improve product support.
- You will develop product support strategies integrating the separate functions of design to cost, Product Support analyses, maintenance planning, provisioning, sustainment, modernization, and readiness to meet operational availability thresholds.
- You will perform and oversee training analyses to include requirements assessments for new/modified systems and the analysis and development of new/modified training devices.
- You will develop updates to manning documentation and plans.
- You will establish work assignment s in office, set priorities, prepare schedules for work completion, assign project due dates, and ensure the timely performance of satisfactory work efforts.
