Position Overview:

This leadership role is responsible for guiding Team Leads and staff in daily operations, ensuring performance goals are met, and driving strategic initiatives within the Customer Care department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics
  • Compile reports and manage departmental communications
  • Lead strategic planning and recommend action plans
  • Coach and mentor team leaders
  • Participate in company-wide projects and process improvements
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience (HMO or healthcare industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and healthcare operations
