We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and develop our in-home sales team for Southeast Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Essential Job Functions- Lead four Sales Managers and approximately 50 Design Consultants
- Effectively use sales reports, metrics, and forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual projections
- Maintain and enhance sales training programs for new and existing Design Consultants
- Oversee the implementation of sales strategies, policies, and procedures
- Use market data, statistics, and trends to establish goals
- Manage the sales department budget
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and business partners
- Grow our network of commercial accounts
- Step in as needed to support negotiations and help close agreements
- Provide timely solutions aligned with client needs
- Stay current on, and communicate about, product launches
- Create presentations for meetings, business partners, and corporate executives
- Identify marketing gaps and adjust plans accordingly
- Attend business events to network with potential clients and partners
- Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with other leaders across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar (advanced degree preferred)
- In‑Home home improvement sales background
- 10+ years in sales management directing and managing Sales Managers (preferably as a Sales Director or National Sales Manager)
- Strong command of sales performance metrics, forecasting, negotiation, and team leadership
- Proficiency with MS Office/Excel and Google Suite; working knowledge of CRM and sales management software
- Excellent communication, time management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- You are driven, hardworking, and self‑motivated

- You are a strategic thinker and enjoy planning for the future
- You manage multiple priorities effectively
- You communicate clearly in speaking and writing
