Job Description:
Regional Sales Manager/Director
Reports to:
Senior Vice President of Sales - Core Value Stream
* As a key member of the Duke Sales Team for our Core Value Stream (K-12, Higher Ed, Business & Industry), this role has responsibility for all sales within the Eastern US.
* Develops and execute sales and marketing programs to introduce new products, and increase share of existing products
* Provides strategic business input to sales planning, product development and marketing
* Manages day-to-day field sales effort for the Eastern Region
* Acts as the face of Duke for Reps & Dealers and End Users, partnering with other Duke Corporate functions as needed to ensure customer success.
Education Requirements:
* Manager-level, degree preferred but may substitute experience
* For advancement to a Director-level role, a BS degree in a related field is required
Workplace
Environmental Conditions:
* Remote work but the ideal candidate would be someone in the Eastern US region
* Typical office and factory environment, trade shows, and client environments
* Travel requirement:
Frequent overnight domestic travel is required (50-70%)
