What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Oversee customer installation projects, serving as the primary liaison between the employer, the customer, and installation partners
Track real-time installation progress, ensuring adherence to the project plan and quality standards
Provide onsite oversight and project management for large or complex deployments
Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the installation experience and resolve escalations

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school diploma required; advanced degree preferred
Valid driver's license and insurable status
3+ years of experience managing vehicle and/or hardware technology
Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems, including CAN bus and PTO applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior vehicle installation or up-fitter experience (e.g., emergency lighting, GPS equipment)
Strong bias for standardization and automation, with a focus on high standards
Familiarity with AI tools to drive operational efficiency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and change-heavy environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
