- Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 annually

- Own activation strategy across markets to improve work order acceptance and responsiveness
- Identify root causes for low engagement or declined work orders and execute solutions
- Design proactive campaigns targeting inactive contractors or expired matches
- Remove friction between accepted work orders and published proposals
- Partner with Product, Recruitment, and Sales for platform improvements
- Build and iterate training resources, support sessions, and scalable enablement processes
- Track conversion patterns and intervene where contractors stall post-site visit
- Turn contractor conversations into actionable intelligence to inform leadership decisions
- Present recommendations backed by data and frontline insights
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or contractor/vendor enablement in marketplace organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build credibility with contractors and stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where needed
- Track record of improving performance through strategic execution
- Preferred: experience in construction, home services, real estate, or two-sided marketplaces; familiarity with CRMs and operational dashboards
