This integrated approach gives Senior Project Managers the opportunity to work on complex projects where they may be involved across multiple phases of the building process, partnering directly with internal design and engineering teams.

• Lead complex ground-up projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Coordinate closely with internal construction, architecture, and engineering teams
• Oversee Project Managers and support their professional development
• Drive project execution, profitability, and overall client satisfaction
• Provide leadership across multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• 10+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing projects valued at $75M+
• Prior experience leading and mentoring Project Managers
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and client-facing skills
• Someone looking for long-term growth within a stable organization
