Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing structure, connecting stakeholders, and making things run seamlessly? We are looking for a proactive and engaged Senior Program Coordinator to play a key role in delivering our Impact MBA programs.

The Impact MBA (iMBA) is a leading program where leadership, entrepreneurship, and societal impact take center stage. It is designed for professionals (aged 25–45) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3–10 years of work experience, who aspire to become impactful leaders in a complex, rapidly changing world.

The iMBA offers two formats:

Executive MBA (24 months)

Full-time MBA (14 months)

In both formats, participants are challenged to translate complex business and societal challenges into sustainable and responsible solutions. Academic rigor, personal development, and practical application are at the core of the program.

In this role, you will focus on one program variant and contribute directly to a high-quality and impactful learning experience.

You will be part of a close-knit team consisting of a Senior Program Manager, two Senior Program Coordinators, and a Program Coordinator. The Impact MBA is part of the broader MBA cluster, which also includes the Executive Modular MBA.

In this versatile role, you act as the linking pin between organization, content, and delivery:

You take ownership of the coordination and delivery of your MBA program variant

You collaborate closely with faculty, colleagues, and internal stakeholders

You act as the primary point of contact for participants and guide them throughout the program

You safeguard the quality of modules and actively contribute to an excellent learning experience

You prepare and follow up on module evaluations together with the Program Manager

You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and systems

You ensure that all materials, schedules, and information are prepared on time

You handle participant requests, liaising with the Examination Board when needed

You ensure smooth operations through strong planning, structured administration, and clear processes

You coordinate program components and logistical activities

You manage arrangements for external faculty and guest speakers

You are a structured, proactive professional with a strong sense of ownership:

You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of thinking and working)

You bring several years of experience in coordinating or operational roles

Affinity with higher or academic education is a strong plus

You maintain overview and focus, even in complex or busy situations

You work independently, accurately, and in a results-oriented way

You have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

You are service-oriented while able to set clear priorities and boundaries

You are comfortable working with highly educated, international professionals

You have a critical, tactful mindset and are open to feedback

Salary between € 3.157,- and € 4.178,- gross per month (full-time basis, scale
8)

Fixed year-end bonus of 5.1%

Flexible year-end bonus up to 4.5%

Hybrid working and a home office budget of €850
