Seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage resource allocation, lead sprint planning, and ensure efficient execution of creative projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities- Collaborate with creative and production teams to provide resource solutions and manage project requests via Asana
- Lead sprint planning and capacity meetings, proactively addressing coverage gaps and project timelines
- Maintain a comprehensive resource database and support workflow efficiencies across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or 5+ years in creative operations or project management
- Experience with agile frameworks and managing sprint planning across multiple projects
- Proficient in project management software, with knowledge of Asana required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-velocity environment
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
