In this strategic role, you'll lead P2P operations, ensuring smooth execution from procurement to payment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end P2P processes and vendor support

• Coach a high-performing P2P/AP team with accountability

• Set P2P roadmap aligning with business needs

• Drive collaboration for improved purchasing compliance

• Lead automation efforts in workflow and systems

Requirements:

• 8+ years in P2P or finance operations

• 4+ years leading engaged teams successfully

• Proven skills in vendor negotiation and cost reduction

• Comfortable with ERP and P2P software

• Strong communicator for varied audiences
