Perks- Flexible working hours of 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (i.e., 37.5 hours per week).

- We are searching for a permanent Manager, Provider Relations and Benefits Management to join our Benefits Management and Provider Relations team.
- PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay‑for‑performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organisational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An ImpactThe Manager, Provider Relations and Benefits Management develops evidence‑informed recommendations to manage PBC’s health and dental benefits; leading research and analysis to support the organization’s strategic goals. In this role, you will conduct business analytics and develop reporting to inform decision making regarding benefit management programs, policies, and benefits.
This role works with various stakeholders to understand broad issues or topics and proposes solutions in the development of work products such as recommendations for committees, clients, practice standards, and position statements.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders to ensure new or changed policies and procedures are developed, documented and distributed, and ensuring there is adherence to established governance models.
As the manager, you’ll develop departmental policy and standards in support of the department’s tactical and strategics objectives, using relevant data that has been identified in various policy and process recommendations, internal training, communications, and briefings pertaining to claims adjudication, provider relations…
