SFU Project Manager

Position: SFU Project Manager - Hybrid Role
Join Simon Fraser University as a Project Manager in a hybrid work setting, focusing on software application and infrastructure projects within Advancement and Alumni Engagement. Your expertise will guide successful project execution and organizational change initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects that drive SFU's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate possesses PMP certification and extensive experience in higher education settings, particularly with Blackbaud CRM. You will develop essential project documents and ensure quality control throughout project life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate software and infrastructure projects

• Ensure quality control across all project phases

• Engage with sponsors to facilitate organizational change

• Create comprehensive project management documentation

• Conduct budget management and cost control

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• At least eight years of project management experience

• Proven knowledge of Blackbaud CRM

• Strong skills in project planning and team management

• Excellent capabilities in change management processes
