Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures efficient execution of strategy, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across core departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.)
  • Design, implement, and monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity, and stability.
  • Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
  • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and metrics; report insights to the CEO and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives that build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure for sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to manage operating budget, control expenses and improve cost efficiency and profit margins.
  • Manage and allocate internal resources (personnel, technology, capital) to support strategic projects.
  • Mentor senior management and foster a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
  • Champion company core values, ensuring internal culture supports high performance and employee engagement.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in a COO or similar role.
  • Proven track record in scaling operations and managing cross‑departmental functions.
  • Strong leadership skills: mentoring senior managers, leading large teams, fostering accountability.
  • Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
