The role is Chief Operating Officer (COO) reporting directly to the CEO, ensuring the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership & Management
- Oversee Daily Operations across Operations, HR, IT, and core functions.
- Process Optimization:
Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures to maximize efficiency. - Risk Management:
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Strategy Implementation:
Translate the CEO's vision into actionable plans. - Performance Monitoring:
Establish and analyze KPIs, reporting insights to the CEO. - Growth & Scalability:
Lead initiatives building necessary infrastructure and organization.

- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Certifications:
