Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures efficient execution of strategy, operational scalability, and a high‑performance culture across all departments.

• Oversee Daily Operations:
  Direct and control all day‑to‑day activities across critical departments, including Operations, HR, IT, and other core business functions.
• Process Optimization:
  Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity across the organization.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity, and organizational stability.
• Strategy Implementation:
  Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision and strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.
• Growth & Scalability:
  Lead initiatives that build necessary infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure to support sustainable company growth.
• Budget Oversight:
  Collaborate with the CFO to manage the company’s operating budget, controlling expenses and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profit margins.
• Resource Allocation:
  Manage and allocate internal resources (personnel, technology, capital) effectively to ensure all strategic projects and operations are fully supported.
• Leadership Mentorship:
  Mentor and guide department heads and the senior leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
• Culture Champion:
  Act as a champion for the company’s core values, ensuring the internal culture supports high performance and drives overall employee engagement and retention.

• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven track record in scaling operations, driving organizational efficiency, and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management, lead large teams, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
