Job Overview
The Sr. Operations Manager provides strategic leadership and communication strategy execution for Program and Field Implementation (PFI), ensuring alignment, clarity, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role drives leadership communications, governs internal collaboration methods, and leads execution of high-priority internal initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead execution of business unit strategy to support PFI senior leadership priorities and operating rhythm.
- Define and execute organizational communication strategy across stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver executive communications, messaging frameworks, and leadership materials that ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) strategic priorities.
- Govern and optimize various communication platforms as the centralized hub for information, tools, and updates.
- Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable communications that drive alignment and engagement.
- Own end-to-end execution of internal initiatives aligned to PFI strategic priorities.
- Translate business requirements into structured plans, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and aligned to desired outcomes.
- Drive operational efficiency through standardized processes, scalable delivery models, and continuous improvement.
- Improve speed, alignment, and reliability of initiative delivery through strong execution ownership.
- Execute departmental business unit compliance responsibilities, including budget oversight, cost management, and resource alignment.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to monitor financial performance.
- Establish and maintain operational processes, reporting, and compliance standards.
- Enable leadership effectiveness by supporting execution through structured planning, coordination, and follow-up.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence via ongoing optimization of business unit costs and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 6–8+ years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of proven track record developing and executing enterprise communication strategies for senior leadership.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation development.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment in a fast‑paced environment.
- Background in organizational change management or transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with collaboration and content management tools (e.g., Teams, intranet platforms).
- Certification or training in project management, communications strategy, or organizational effectiveness.

In‑Office CollaborationThe role requires working in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in‑office time or different in‑office expectations, to be discussed during the hiring process.
CompensationEstimated base salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year. Variable pay may include bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives based on role. The benefits program includes vacation time, sick time, 401(k), health, dental and life insurance.
