- Claims Background:
Candidates must have at least 12 years of workers compensation claims adjusting experience, preferably in a TPA environment. - Prior leadership experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years prior people management experience leading a claims team in the workers compensation field required. - Jurisdictional experience:
California and Hawaii - Licenses: CA Designation required, SIP optional. Must have Hawaii adjusters license if handling Hawaii claims.

This role is/is not eligible for fully remote work.
- Lead claims supervisors and adjusters to provide high quality and efficient service.
- Drive adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality.
- Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees.
- Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner.
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 12 years related claims experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of all team member related functions
DESIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
