Position OverviewWe are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions. The COO reports directly to the CEO and ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership & Management
- Oversee Daily Operations:
Direct and control all day‑to‑day activities across critical departments, including Operations, HR, IT, and other core business functions. - Process Optimization:
Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity. - Risk Management:
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity, and organizational stability.
- Oversee Daily Operations:
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Strategy Implementation:
Translate the CEO's long‑term vision into clear operational plans and departmental targets. - Performance Monitoring:
Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and metrics, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions. - Growth & Scalability:
Lead initiatives that build the necessary infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure to support sustainable growth.

- Budget Oversight:
Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses, and identify cost‑efficiency opportunities. - Resource Allocation:
Manage and allocate personnel, technology, and capital to ensure all strategic projects are supported.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience & Executive Skills
- Minimum 4+ years progressive leadership experience.
- Proven track record in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and managing cross‑departmental functions.
- Expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) highly beneficial.
- Strategic Impact:
