Position:
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.
Operational Leadership & Management- Oversee daily operations across critical departments:
Operations, HR, IT, and other core business functions. - Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
- Translate the CEO's long-term vision and strategic goals into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; report insights to the CEO and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives that build the infrastructure and organizational structure to support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, controlling expenses and improving cost efficiency.
- Allocate internal resources (personnel, technology, and capital) effectively to support strategic projects and operations.
- Mentor department heads and senior leadership to foster a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
- Act as a champion for the company's core values, ensuring the internal culture supports high performance and drives employee engagement and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Executive Skills
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Proven track record in scaling operations and managing complex cross-departmental functions.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management and lead large teams.
- Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
