Position OverviewWe are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership & Management:
Oversee daily operations, design and implement standardized procedures, manage risk, and ensure compliance and business continuity. - Strategic Planning & Execution:
Translate the CEO’s long-term vision into actionable operational plans, monitor performance through KPIs, and recommend corrective actions. - Financial & Resource Stewardship:
Collaborate with the CFO on budget oversight, control expenses, identify cost‑efficiency opportunities, and allocate internal resources effectively. - Talent & Culture Development:
Mentor senior management, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and champion company core values.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations.
- Proven track record in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring senior teams.
- Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are highly beneficial.
