Kada is working with our long‑time client, an independent pharma agency, recruiting for an Art Supervisor. We're recruiting for someone who is passionate about healthcare, science, pharma and wellness. You have a knack for design and love concepting. You are strong on communication and love to mentor others and want to build a career long‑term within a winning agency.
The team develops thoughtful work across a range of disciplines: branding, social media, typography, illustration, motion, and layout. This role involves both internal collaboration with teams and external collaboration with clients. There is great opportunity for growth. The position is located in Morristown with some flexibility to work from home.
Requirements- Experience designing conceptual creative for pharmaceutical brands
- Understanding and experience with multiple brand tactics across both print and digital
- Comfort presenting to and working directly with clients
- Strong portfolio showcasing cutting‑edge design skills
