  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions, engaging stakeholders from across the organization to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable program plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
  • Champion system and process simplification and standardization, ensuring outcomes are automation‑ready and customer‑centric.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, operating rhythms, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, customer experience, and financial impact.
  • Guide and mentor project managers and workstream leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and design principles.
About You
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Proven success leading large‑scale transformation initiatives within a complex, global, matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with software development life cycles and technology‑enabled process design.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
What’s in it For You?
  • Hybrid Work Model:
Flexible hybrid working environment (2‑3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for office‑based roles while delivering a seamless digitally and physically connected experience.
  • Flexibility & Work‑Life Balance:
Flex My Way supportive workplace policies, including work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year, helping employees manage personal and professional responsibilities.
  • Career Development and Growth:
Continuous learning and skill development opportunities to tackle tomorrow’s challenges and deliver real‑world solutions.
  • Industry Competitive Benefits:
Flexible vacation, company‑wide mental health days off, access to the Headspace app, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, employee incentive programs, and resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
  • Culture:
Global reputation for inclusion, belonging, flexibility, and work‑life balance, grounded in values of customer obsession, competitive spirit, challenging thinking, fast learning, and collaboration.
  • Social Impact:
Two paid volunteer days off annually and opportunities to engage in pro‑bono consulting projects and ESG initiatives.
  • Making a Real‑World Impact:
Assistance to customers in pursuing justice, truth, and transparency through trusted, unbiased information.
