Job Description
The Bodily Injury Team Leader will manage a team of attorney‑represented bodily injury adjusters in our West Coast claims operations. The role requires availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours. The Team Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional claims and inquiry experiences for our Agents through chat‑based services, while effectively leading, motivating, and developing a team of 10–15 adjusters or vendor partners.
This role plays a key part in executing operational initiatives that support Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA), and broader company business objectives.
- Frequently participates in special projects as a subject matter expert
- Manages and oversees performance of vendors
- Oversees response to highly complex arbitrations contentions
- Oversees the negotiation of highly complex claim settlements
- Oversees the resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues
- Analyzes unit reports and supports the achievement of business unit objectives
- Defines, analyzes, and tracks department, section, and/or unit measures
- Reviews employee work quality and interactions with customers through conducting ride‑alongs or sit‑alongs and file reviews
- Provides coaching and mentoring; participates in performance management and reviews
- Addresses escalated customer situations and supports unit goal‑setting

Base compensation ranges by level:
Team Lead I: $68,500.00 – $;
Team Lead II: $70,100.00 – $;
Associate Manager: $80,000.00 – $. Total compensation includes base plus incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable.
Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset internet costs. Required internet speeds: minimum 50MB download and 5MB upload.
