Associate Director Clinical Operations Leadership

Elevate clinical study operations as the Associate Director, focusing on local team leadership and successful trial execution. This is a remote position requiring strong regulatory compliance and strategic management.

This leadership role is essential for overseeing the execution of clinical trials at the country level. Your responsibilities include site management from selection through monitoring, ensuring all activities adhere to ICH-GCP and global standards. You will cultivate relationships with investigators and stakeholders, navigate budget management, and drive operational risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Local Study Teams for successful trial delivery

• Oversee end-to-end site management and monitoring

• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations

• Manage trial documentation and trial file maintenance

• Develop risk management plans and communication strategies

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in clinical study operations

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams

• Outstanding project management and detail-oriented skills

• Ability to travel both nationally and internationally
