PositionAccount Manager
DescriptionAnnual Business Reviews with clients. Participate in various individual and group projects as directed. Proposal creation and proposal review with clients and AIS staff. The Account Manager (AM) will be available and responsive to inbound communications from their clients, maintaining routine check‑ins to ensure topics and concerns are addressed and loops are closed. While not directly responsible for resolving technical issues, the AM ensures issues have been handed off to the appropriate AIS team and addressed in a timely manner.
Responsible for a proactive approach to consistently improve clients’ experience and interactions with AIS. Conduct regular reviews of service delivery with clients. Establish and manage client expectations and resolve customer issues as they arise. Schedule and present quarterly meetings with customers on AIS core value services. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients within the position’s purview. Identify and present opportunities to align client technology with AIS’ core stack configuration.
Create, track, and manage opportunities through their lifecycle with relevant data included in Connect Wise for team review once converted to a sales order. Oversee and provide guidance on resolution of client projects. The Account Manager maintains consistent communication with clients and facilitates timely service delivery. Educate assigned clients on relevant processes and services.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
- Prior team lead experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years customer service experience preferred.
- At least 3 years technical experience relevant to the position’s responsibilities.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive in coordinating with internal resources to see assigned tasks and projects through to completion.
