Overview

Claims Background:
Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading claims adjusters required. Must have Workers Compensation/TPA background. Prior experience as an adjuster preferred. Jurisdictional

Experience:

Branch oversees a mix of Southwest jurisdictions including TX, OK, AZ, UT, CO. Active Adjusters' licenses:
Must be licensed in the states that are being handled or reciprocals.

Location:

This role is eligible for fully remote work.

Successfully execute our vision and mission by providing high quality and efficient service. Drive adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Define branch goals and motivate performance at the highest level. Use Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and quality. Actively engage with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner to cultivate relationships.

Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.

About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma Minimum of 15 years related claims experience At least 5 years of supervisory experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled Knowledge of all team member related functions DESIRED:
Bachelor's Degree
