Advance Native Political Leadership Action Fund is hiring a Director of Development for remote work in Eastern or Central timezones. This leader will spearhead fundraising and donor cultivation efforts across the 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of fundraising experience and a proven record of success with portfolios exceeding $5M. Strong communication, team leadership, and respect for Indigenous cultures are essential for this role.
