Position: FRTB Senior Project Manager Hybrid Role
Procom is seeking a Senior Project Manager - FRTB for a contract role with hybrid work flexibility, featuring three days onsite in Mississauga. Lead transformative initiatives in FX Delta and risk management for Capital Markets.

This position plays a crucial role in managing large-scale projects centered on the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with a core Program Management Team to ensure timely deliverables and offer expertise in market products. Utilize your strong project management skills to navigate complex solutions across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive change management initiatives within Capital Markets

• Manage project phases: analysis, requirements, design, testing

• Build relationships across Global Markets stakeholders

• Ensure governance approval for tools and processes

• Identify and escalate project risks and issues

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management

• Expertise in FRTB, FX Delta, and risk management

• Strong strategic project management skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Analytical skills and problem-solving capability
