Responsibilities
The Client Executive will serve as a top-level manager in a growing firm. They will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients. The Client Executive will oversee all client relations for a particular client or multiple clients, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction. Their roles include:
- Strategic contribution to defining and guiding the strategic plan.
- Overseeing delivery of services, development of culture, and execution of processes within the offices.
- Oversight of client relations, project team performance and overall client satisfaction.
- Establishing and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Working closely with the firm’s Marketing & Business Development departments to develop new opportunities.
- Promoting a support structure to further develop staff abilities.
- Staffing projections and overseeing recruitment of new staff.
- Participating in executive meetings, board meetings, major presentations, introduction & important issues meetings, management & staffing meetings, new hire interviews.
- Client maintenance and business development conferences / seminars.
- High-level QA/QC and continuous 5‑minute meetings with Production Director & Project Managers.
- Registered Architect in the State.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 10 years managing project teams and processes.
- Prior K‑12 and/or Higher Education experience.
- Salary range: $ – $ for California locations.
- Incentive compensation may include discretionary bonuses.
