With 3-5 years of experience, you will directly resolve work issues, provide technical advice, and advocate for best practices in productivity and safety. Your contributions will shape the efficiency and effectiveness of our carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate production and performance reports

• Advise on productivity improvement measures

• Supervise and manage project workflows

• Coordinate and train apprenticeship programs

• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills
