A Brief Overview

The Safety and Systems Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of Voyant Beauty’s enterprise Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems and safety programs across all global sites. This role serves as the subject matter expert for EHS management systems, software platforms, data integrity, and standardized safety processes, ensuring consistent application of safety standards, regulatory compliance, incident management, and performance measurement across the organization.

This is a remote position requiring cross‑functional collaboration, systems thinking, and the ability to drive standardization while supporting site‑level execution.

What you will do
  • Lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems and software platforms (e.g., AIC, Brady, MSDS Online, and other EHS tools). Serve as system owner for EHS applications, including configuration, user access, data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements. Partner with IT, EHS leadership, and site teams to integrate EHS systems with enterprise reporting and business processes. Develop standardized workflows, templates, and system guidance to ensure consistent use across all sites.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized EHS programs and procedures, including but not limited to incident management, compliance tracking, risk assessment, corrective action management, and performance measurement. Establish enterprise EHS management system standards and frameworks while allowing flexibility for site‑specific operational needs. Support rollout of new or updated safety programs, tools, and initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies.
  • Oversee enterprise incident reporting and investigation processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent data capture. Monitor compliance metrics, risk assessments, corrective actions, and leading/lagging safety indicators. Analyze EHS data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting through accurate system documentation and reporting.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to site EHS teams and leaders on EHS systems, processes, and reporting expectations. Develop user guides, job aids, and system training materials to drive adoption and consistency. Act as a key liaison between corporate EHS leadership and site teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
