Position: Coral Coach Team Leader - Hybrid Role
Join Coral as a Coach Team Leader, a hybrid role combining direct member coaching (70%) with leadership duties (30%). This is your chance to manage a coaching team while still actively providing care.

In this exciting role, you'll maintain your connection to coaching while stepping into leadership. You will guide a team of Coaches, currently consisting of three, and help shape their development. Experience in management isn’t necessary, but a genuine interest in mentorship and team success is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continue delivering exceptional virtual coaching to members

• Set and uphold coaching standards and best practices

• Conduct team check-ins and foster collaboration

• Oversee team performance and conduct quality assessments

• Address operational challenges and develop solutions

Requirements:

• Certified Coach with expertise in Coral's services

• Strong leadership qualities and communicative abilities

• Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing efforts

• Tech-savvy and adaptable in dynamic settings

• Access to downtown Montreal or Toronto
