* Track revenue, operating expenses, and budget performance through variance analysis and forecasting.
* Manage relationships with tax equity investors, lenders, and financial stakeholders.
* Monitor debt compliance, liquidity forecasts, and reserve account requirements.
* Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership, lenders, and investors.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for offtakers, utilities, landowners, and service providers.
* Manage key project agreements including PPAs, O&M agreements, EPC contracts, interconnection agreements, and land leases.
* Identify opportunities to improve project value through contract management, cost optimization, and operational improvements.
* Manage warranty claims and coordinate with OEMs and service providers on equipment performance issues.
* Lead negotiations for amendments, renewals, and commercial agreements.
Technical & Operational Oversight
* Oversee daily operations of utility‑scale solar assets to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.
* Partner with O&M providers to monitor plant performance using SCADA systems and operational KPIs.
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for plant performance issues.
* Support project commissioning and transition from construction to operations.
* Ensure assets meet regulatory, environmental, and contractual requirements.

* Experience working with lenders, tax equity investors, utilities, and third‑party operators.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial and operational relationships.
Knowledge & Skills
* Strong understanding of utility‑scale solar PV systems and asset performance analytics.
* Experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for energy assets.
* Familiarity with project agreements such as PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and financing structures.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
What We Offer
