Neier Inc. is looking for contact center leaders who excel in communication and possess supervisory experience. Candidates should be efficient practitioners motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment while being comfortable working both with an agent team and a Government client. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Hampton Roads area.
Responsibilities include managing overall contact center operations, quality assurance, and reinforcing training and coaching for agents. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of contact center experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
