Major Responsibilities- Lead team with vision, communicate direction, and validate results.
- Create club culture encouraging growth, recognition, and accountability.
- Develop talent, conduct difficult conversations, and provide feedback.
- Communicate effectively, simplify messaging, and explain the “why’s”.
- Make decisions aligned with company strategy to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain awareness of local competition and market trends.
- Control operating costs, establish efficiencies, and implement new concepts to maximize profitability.
- Deliver great member shopping experience, exceeding expectations.
- Meet profit objectives via techniques, technology, and productivity enhancements.
- Monitor expenses and adjust expenditures for profit objectives.
- Achieve sales volume through warehouse management and Home Office communication.
- Maintain roadmap for performance targets set by Home Office.
- 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
- Strong drive for results, solid work ethic, honesty, straight‑forwardness, and commitment to high service levels.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a large team.
- Solid understanding of P&L statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
- High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including supervising cross‑functional teams, training team members, and driving results.
- Open shift availability required.
- Minimum age 18 years.
Work involves frequent movement on hard surfaces, occasional bending, pulling, reaching, climbing, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds (and occasional heavier loads with assistance). Exposure to temperature extremes, loud noises, and cleaning agents may occur.
