Brand Manager, Global Innovation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced senior innovation leader to drive global innovation initiatives across Pernod Ricard brands such as ABSOLUT, Malibu, and Kahlua. The role is based in New York and includes a base salary range of $107,360 to $134,200.

• Lead the Global Innovation team, delivering a three‑year pipeline to support local and global brand objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end innovation projects, ensuring alignment with innovation platforms, pipeline agenda, and sign‑off processes.
• Apply a consumer‑centric approach throughout the stage‑gate process, leveraging analytics, insights, and testing.
• Develop and maintain an innovation roadmap and KPIs aligned with market strategy.
• Foster collaboration across local brand teams, Global Brand Units, and cross‑functional partners.
• Provide P&L ownership and manage costs while achieving innovation deliverables.
• Lead a diverse team of innovation experts, coordinating insights, ideation, development, and go‑to‑market strategies.

• Master's degree preferred; strong business foundation.
• 3–5 years of proven innovation experience in F&B or spirits, or equivalent experience in brand management, innovation agencies, or R&D.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic innovation platforms/frameworks and deliver strong incremental pipeline opportunities.
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing critical paths in complex matrix environments.
• Financial acumen, ability to work within a P&L and manage costs effectively.
• Strong influencing, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English;
  Spanish or French a plus.
• Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
